How to shop at Aurora Essence
Explore the Aurora Essence range through the menu found on the Home page. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, click the 'add to cart' button.
To continue shopping just click on continue shopping. To view your shopping cart go to 'view cart' on the right hand side of the page at the beginning of the bottles.
Once you have finished shopping at our shop, click on 'view cart and review your order and the quantity of items. then click 'checkout' button.
At the 'checkout' you will be asked for your delivery and payment details. Your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology. we accept ( Paypal, Visa, Master card, bacs). postage and shipping costs have been automatically added to your order.
When you have finished your order you will automatically receive confirmation of your order by email.
A invoice will automatically accompany your order.

Postage and Handling Costs
We try to keep these to a minimum. All orders are weighed and priced according to standard first class rate.
Delivery Time
We aim to ship your order within 3-7 working days - except where an order item is out of stock, your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at the same time. In this case we will inform you by email immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items
Items which are damaged or missing should be reported within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to replace or renew your item.
